About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Gas Station Supervisor to join our team at 1321467 ONTARIO INC. As a key member of our retail business, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our gas station.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Effectively manage and allocate tasks to sales staff to ensure seamless customer service and efficient sales processes.
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales workers to meet the needs of our retail business.
  • Order Merchandise: Source and procure merchandise for our gas station, ensuring timely delivery and optimal stock levels.
  • Authorize Returns: Process and manage returns of merchandise, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules for sales staff, ensuring adequate coverage and minimizing overtime.
  • Sell Merchandise: Provide exceptional customer service, promoting and selling merchandise to meet sales targets.
  • Prepare Sales Reports: Analyze sales data, identifying trends and areas for improvement to optimize sales performance.
  • Resolve Customer Issues: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Organize Inventory: Maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste.
  • Supervise Staff: Lead and manage a team of sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or gas station environment.
  • Work Setting: Rural area, with a focus on retail business operations.
  • Supervision: 3-4 people, with a focus on leadership and team management.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
