Job Title: Gas Station Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Gas Station Supervisor to join our team at Circle K Gas Station. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our gas station, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations
  • Manage inventory and maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
