Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at SHELL CANADA GAS STATION. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and efficient stockroom operations.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Analyze sales data and trends to inform merchandising decisions, ensuring that our store is always stocked with the right products to meet customer demand.
  • Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is maintained in a clean and safe condition, adhering to SHELL CANADA GAS STATION's high standards.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
