The Gas Station Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing daily operations at CIRCLE K GAS STATION. This position involves managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining efficient service delivery.

Educational Requirements

Candidates should possess:

  • A college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program lasting 1 to 2 years
  • Or equivalent experience
Work Environment

The role is set in a non-smoking environment within the oil and gas sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and guide staff including apprentices and team members
  • Delegate tasks to sales personnel
  • Recruit and train new employees or coordinate their training
  • Create and manage work schedules
  • Compile reports on sales performance, inventory management, and personnel issues
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and supply challenges
  • Organize and oversee inventory control
  • Coordinate activities of team members
  • Conduct performance evaluations
  • Supervise office and volunteer staff
Supervisory Scope

The supervisor will oversee a team of approximately 3-4 individuals.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in MS Outlook is required.
