Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Cobourg Firehouse subs. As a key member of our food preparation and service team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen and dining area.

Key Responsibilities:
• Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food preparation and service staff
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies for meal preparation
• Ensure high-quality food and service standards are met
• Respond to customer complaints and concerns
• Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
• Prepare and submit reports as required

Work Environment:
This is a fast-paced environment where you will be standing for extended periods. If you are a motivated and organized individual who is able to work in a team, we encourage you to apply.
