Food Service Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Service Manager to join our team at Ozone West Wellness Limited (AKA NORTHUMBERLAND HEIGHTS WELLNESS RETREAT AND SPA). As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food and beverage services, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:- Determine Service Offerings: Develop and implement operational procedures for food and beverage services, ensuring alignment with our company's vision and values.
- Financial Management: Balance cash, complete balance sheets, and prepare related reports to ensure accurate financial management.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient operations and minimize waste.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for our staff and customers.
- Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, securing the best possible deals for our business.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, requiring adaptability and attention to detail.
- Repetitive Tasks: Perform repetitive tasks, such as balancing cash and completing reports.
- Combination of Sitting and Standing: Spend time sitting and standing, walking between tasks and areas of the facility.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Language: English is the primary language of communication.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
