Food Service Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Operations Manager to join our team at Ozone West Wellness Limited (AKA NORTHUMBERLAND HEIGHTS WELLNESS RETREAT AND SPA). The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food and beverage services, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Determine Service Offerings
Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
Financial ManagementBalance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
Inventory ManagementOrganize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient stock levels and minimize waste.
Health and SafetyEnsure health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a safe working environment for staff and customers.
Supplier NegotiationsNegotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, securing the best possible deals.
Customer ServiceAddress customers' complaints or concerns, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues promptly.
Marketing and PlanningParticipate in marketing plans and implementation, contributing to the growth and success of our food and beverage services.
