- Monitor and manage staff performance, providing coaching and guidance as needed
- Plan and organize daily operations, including menu planning and inventory management
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service
- Balance cash and complete financial reports, ensuring that our financial records are accurate and up-to-date
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff
- Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that we have the necessary supplies and equipment to operate efficiently
- Ensure that our food service operations comply with health and safety regulations
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- 1-2 years of experience in a food service management role
- College diploma or equivalent in a related field
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
- 30-44 hours per week
- Permanent position
- English language required
