Food Service Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Services Manager to join our team at Mary Brown's Chicken. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurants, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and optimize daily restaurant operations to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and manage staff performance, providing coaching and development opportunities to ensure team members are equipped to deliver exceptional service.
- Plan and organize daily operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of restaurant staff.
- Set and manage staff work schedules to ensure adequate coverage and minimize labor costs.
- Supervise and mentor staff to ensure they are meeting performance expectations and providing excellent customer service.
- Determine menu offerings and implement operational procedures to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Manage cash handling and financial reporting, including balancing cash and completing balance sheets and cash reports.
- Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure staff are meeting performance expectations.
- Organize and maintain inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- 3-4 years of experience in food service management or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in managing restaurant operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate and optimize restaurant operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
