Job Title: Food Services Operations Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Food Services Operations Manager to join our team at Mary Brown's Chicken. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement
  • Monitor staff performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed
  • Plan and organize daily operations to ensure smooth execution
  • Recruit and train staff to meet the needs of the restaurant
  • Supervise staff to ensure that they are meeting their responsibilities
  • Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
  • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms
  • Conduct performance reviews to assess staff performance
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that all necessary supplies are available
  • Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed
  • Address customer complaints and provide excellent customer service

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
