Job Summary:

At Maison Exteriors, we are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Officer to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in identifying staffing requirements, posting advertisements, screening applicants, and coordinating selection boards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify current and prospective staffing needs and develop strategies to meet them
  • Prepare and post job advertisements to attract top talent
  • Screen and shortlist applicants based on their qualifications and experience
  • Coordinate selection boards to evaluate candidates and make recommendations
  • Notify applicants of their results and extend job offers to successful candidates
  • Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures
  • Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures
  • Supervise personnel clerks and ensure that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently
