Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team at Naturally Pacific Resort. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to our staff and management team.

Responsibilities
  • Identify current and prospective staffing requirements to ensure seamless operational efficiency
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Prepare and post job notices and advertisements to reach a wider audience
  • Provide expert guidance to job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment
  • Advise managers and employees on HR policies and procedures to promote a positive work environment
  • Determine eligibility for entitlements and arrange training programs to enhance staff development
  • Supervise personnel clerks in performing administrative tasks, including filing, typing, and record-keeping duties
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate or diploma is required, but 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role is necessary
  • Rural area experience is beneficial, as well as familiarity with business and industry settings
Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000, based on industry standards and the location. This figure may vary depending on individual qualifications and performance.
