About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Human Resources Generalist to join our team at Connor, Clark & Lunn Financial Group Ltd. in a permanent capacity. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for administering staff consultation and grievance procedures, assigning projects to subordinates, and coordinating activities to ensure they meet the organization's goals.

Our ideal candidate will have 5 years or more of experience in human resources management/personnel administration, general, with a strong background in finance and insurance. They will possess excellent written communication skills, flexibility, and the ability to work independently. The successful candidate will also have a high level of accountability and be organized, with a strong attention to detail.
