Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in complex claims handling, preferably in the Canadian market
  • Advanced knowledge of claims handling concepts, practices, and techniques
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Fluency in English and French is an asset
