Property Field Claims Adjuster Role Overview

We're seeking experienced professionals to join our team as Intermediate and Senior Level Property Field Claims Adjusters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate complex commercial and personal lines property claims through communication with customers, contractors, consultants, and other related parties.
  • Handle field tasks on behalf of telephone adjusters, ensuring timely and respectful claim resolution.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to external and internal customers, answering queries related to the claims process.
  • Document the claim file by meeting with involved parties and obtaining reports and statements from relevant experts to determine coverage.
  • Analyze information gathered, interpret insurance policy wording, determine coverage, assess damage, and negotiate settlements within established authority limits.
Requirements:
  • University degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • 5-7 years of experience handling personal and commercial property claims, with at least partly acquired experience in the field.
  • Demonstrated passion for customer service, strong written and verbal communication skills, and self-motivation.
  • Strong aptitude for technology, excellent computer skills, and valid driver's license with a good driving record.
  • Ability to travel on short notice.

The estimated salary for this role is $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
