Job Title: Theatre Usher

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences? Do you have a knack for creating memorable moments for our guests? We're seeking a skilled Theatre Usher to join our team at River Rock Show Theatre

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests and direct them to their assigned seating
  • Regulate the flow of guests in and out of the theatre
  • Respond to guest inquiries regarding resort events and amenities
  • Communicate effectively with operational departments
  • Build strong working relationships with internal and external teams
  • Comply with licensing laws, health and safety regulations, and other statutory requirements
  • Perform other duties as assigned or directed
Requirements:
  • Ability to work on an as-needed basis, with varying shifts, including early mornings and weekends
  • Experience in the live entertainment industry is an asset
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Customer service and/or hospitality experience
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Second language is an asset
  • Serving It Right Certification or ability to achieve it
  • Ability to obtain a criminal record and credit check
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills
