Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Services: Greet guests, direct them to their assigned seating, and respond to their inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Theatre Operations: Regulate the flow of guests in and out of the theatre, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with operational departments, guests, and colleagues to ensure a high level of service and satisfaction.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals and objectives, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment, responding to changing circumstances and priorities as needed.

Requirements:

  • Availability: Be available to work on an as-needed or when-needed basis, including early mornings, weekends, and varying shifts.
  • Experience: Previous experience in the live entertainment industry or a related field is an asset.
  • Skills: Possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Physical Demands: Be able to stand for long periods and perform tasks that require physical stamina.
  • Language: Proficiency in a second language is an asset.
  • Certifications: Possess or be willing to obtain a Serving It Right Certification.
  • Background Check: Be able to successfully obtain a criminal record and credit check.
