Key Responsibilities:- Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for our team members.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, prepare and key in correspondence and legal documents, and review and proofread documents to ensure compliance with legal procedures and grammatical usage.
- Technology and Software: Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, as well as Adobe Acrobat Reader.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and management.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: Experience an asset, or equivalent experience.
