Dental Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dental Receptionist to join our team at Windsor Endodontics. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our dental team.
Key Responsibilities- Greeting and Directing Patients: Greet patients and visitors, and direct them to the appropriate area of the office.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to patients, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Scheduling and Record-Keeping: Schedule appointments, maintain accurate patient records, and perform other administrative tasks as needed.
- Communication: Answer phone calls, respond to messages, and communicate with patients and staff in a clear and concise manner.
- Office Support: Perform various administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and ordering supplies.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Will train.
- Support for Newcomers and Refugees: We offer mentorship programs that pair newcomers and refugees with experienced employees.
- Support for Indigenous People: We provide cultural competency training and awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers.
Language of Work: English. Hours of Work: 40 hours per week. Employment Type: Permanent.
