Dental Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dental Receptionist. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our dental team.
Key Responsibilities- Front Desk Operations: Greet patients and visitors, manage patient flow, and ensure a smooth and efficient check-in process.
- Communication: Respond to phone calls, relay messages, and maintain accurate records of patient interactions.
- Scheduling: Coordinate patient appointments, manage schedules, and ensure timely follow-up with patients.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform data entry, maintain accurate records, and assist with various administrative duties as needed.
- Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Participate in our mentorship program, which pairs newcomers and refugees with experienced employees, promoting cultural competency and a welcoming work environment.
- Support for Indigenous People: Engage in cultural competency training and awareness initiatives to foster a inclusive and respectful work environment.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Will train
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Permanent full-time position
- 40 hours per week
