We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dental Office Coordinator at Windsor Endodontics. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our dental team.
Key Responsibilities- Front Desk Operations
- Greets patients and visitors, directing them to the appropriate area or contact person.
- Manages patient flow, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
- Administrative Support
- Processes patient information, including demographic and insurance data.
- Manages scheduling, appointment reminders, and confirmations.
- Performs data entry and maintains accurate records.
- Customer Service
- Provides exceptional customer service, responding to patient inquiries and concerns.
- Resolves issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Office Management
- Orders and maintains office supplies.
- Monitors and maintains a clean and organized workspace.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a dental or medical office setting an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and dental software.
