Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Compliance Mentorz Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events, as well as supervising and training other workers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Supervise and train other workers
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Arrange travel and make reservations
  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries
  • Photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing, and filing

Requirements

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience, or equivalent experience

Work Environment

Work Language: English

Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
