We are seeking a skilled Culinary Professional to join our team at Suntree Daycare & OSC Centre. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Meal Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes, following established recipes and dietary guidelines.
- Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective meal preparation and service.
- Inventory Management: Assist in managing kitchen inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies.
- Client Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients, ensuring their dietary needs are met and their meals are prepared to their satisfaction.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
- Physical Demands: The role requires physical stamina and the ability to stand for long periods.
- Repetitive Tasks: The role involves repetitive tasks, including food preparation and cleaning.
