About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Professional to join our team at 945935 ALBERTA LTD. as a Kitchen Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring that all food is prepared and served to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the needs of our customers.
    • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization.
  • Team Management
    • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to maintain high standards.
    • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Inventory and Supply Management
    • Order supplies and equipment to maintain inventory levels and ensure efficient operations.
    • Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Cleanliness and Safety
    • Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
    • Ensure that all food handling and preparation practices meet health and safety standards.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience
    • At least 7 months of experience in a kitchen management role.
  • Language
    • Fluent in English.
  • Work Environment
    • 40 hours per week.
