L'Administrateur de conformité de notre équipe est responsable de l'implémentation et du suivi continu du programme de conformité de 1er niveau pour les cabinets et les conseillers spécifiques. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de notre entreprise pour garantir que nos activités et opérations respectent les normes et procédures établies.
Responsabilités
- Implémenter et surveiller de manière continue le programme de conformité de 1er niveau pour les cabinets et les conseillers spécifiques.
- Analyser des informations, effectuer des études et développer des recommandations pour améliorer la conformité.
- Rédiger des rapports pour documenter les activités et les progrès de la conformité.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les cabinets, les conseillers et les clients pour garantir la compréhension et la mise en œuvre de la conformité.
Compétences et qualifications
- Aptitudes interpersonnelles et facilité de communication orale et écrite.
- Capacité à gérer un flux de travail important et à établir des priorités.
- Faire preuve d'initiative et d'autonomie dans la résolution des problèmes de conformité.
- 1 à 3 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire.
- Bilinguisme (pour desservir les cabinets et les conseillers hors Québec).
