Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a talent for relationship building, and a proven track record of driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify sales targets, nurturing leads through proactive relationship-building and communication.
  • Respond to inbound leads, articulating Volaris' acquisition criteria and unique value proposition to target software business owners.
  • Assist in the M&A pipeline process, developing tailored messaging and coordinating appointments to drive business growth.
  • Oversee the Business Development team, coaching and mentoring junior analysts to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

  • Excellent academic performance in an undergraduate business degree.
  • 5+ years of experience in a business development/lead generation role, ideally in a B2B environment.
  • 2+ years of people management experience.
  • Ability to manage a pipeline of leads and exceed prospecting target quotas.
  • Strong communication skills with confidence in presenting to C-suite executives and business owners.
