Job Overview

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is estimated to be $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) plan with company match.

Job Description

The Store Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining a high level of customer service. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of retail management experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Experience with inventory management and control
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
