Job Title: All Store Manager

Stuart Weitzman is a luxury footwear brand that inspires women around the world to shine with confidence with every step. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the store, including achieving sales plans and KPI goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve store sales plan and KPI goals through team and individual contribution.
  • Improve 4-wall contribution by increasing sales and reducing operating expenses.
  • Champion brand evolution and foster change management.
  • Exhibit Managerial Courage, including when providing feedback and engaging in performance management and developmental conversations.
  • Drive business through sales strategies, clienteling, sourcing new customers, and maintaining ongoing productive relationships with customers.
  • Write and administer Annual Performance Appraisals for the team.
  • Manage all types of operational tasks as assigned, including shipment, stockroom organization, order fulfillment, and inventory management.
  • Act as a brand ambassador in the local market/mall to drive brand loyalty and business.
  • Enforce compliance with all Stuart Weitzman's policies and procedures.
  • Work with the team to ensure the store achieves Store Audit Scores at or above Stuart Weitzman standards.
  • Manage evolving daily workload while prioritizing the customer experience.
  • Manage payroll, scheduling, and time and attendance.
  • Be a brand ambassador of Stuart Weitzman.
  • Knowledge of POS, Microsoft Office, and basic computer skills, including iPads, Internet, and Mobile POS.
Requirements:
  • Ability to maneuver sales floor and stockroom.
  • Ability to meet SW Scheduling & Availability Expectations, including ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • High School diploma or equivalent work experience preferred.
