About the Role:

We're seeking an exceptional Assistant Store Manager to join our Skechers team. As a key member of our store leadership team, you'll play a vital role in delivering an unforgettable customer experience.

Main Responsibilities:

Lead store operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day activities, and drive sales growth through effective visual merchandising and customer service.

Develop and coach store employees, focusing on product knowledge, customer service expectations, and visual presentation standards.

Support new hire onboarding, manage store scheduling, and ensure proper coverage during peak times.

Act as a product expert, brand ambassador, and expert on all store systems and processes.

Requirements:

Ability to foster a respectful, safe, and fun store environment.

Excellent communication skills, with a focus on setting clear expectations for the team.

Flexibility and motivation to provide exceptional customer service.

Passion for Skechers products and the brand.

Retail, restaurant, or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required.
