Job Overview

We're seeking a highly motivated Store Experience Manager to lead our team in store and deliver an outstanding customer experience. This is a key role in driving sales growth, managing teams, and implementing visual merchandising strategies.

Main Responsibilities

  • To equip and incentivise the team with the latest product knowledge, brand strategies, and people updates to empower them to deliver an inspiring in-store experience.
  • Responsible for the development of the team by hosting annual appraisals, recognising and highlighting achievements, identifying areas of improvement, and setting objectives for each individual's needs.
  • To effectively plan and deliver monthly floor sets, promoting new collections and driving sales across all product categories.
  • Leading floor walks with full understanding of business performance, KPI metrics, and commercial decisions.
  • Ownership of all aspects of the business, including customer experience, backstage stockroom operations, and people policies.
  • Fostering a positive and inclusive work environment, ensuring teams adhere to wardrobe and grooming guidelines, and operational excellence.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $68,640 - $82,992, plus potential to earn additional income from our team commission scheme. AllSaints has 71 retail locations across the U.S. and Canada, with our flagship store in New York City. We're primarily based out of our Los Angeles studios, bringing our iconic aesthetic to West Hollywood, CA.
