Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and organized individual to lead our administrative services team. As an Administrative Services Director, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating various administrative functions, including records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources, and other related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and Advise Staff: Direct and advise staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources, or other administrative services.
  • Corporate Governance and Compliance: Direct and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures within established guidelines.
  • Hiring and Training: Hire and train or arrange for training of staff.
  • Planning and Budgeting: Plan, administer, and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies.
  • Reporting and Briefs: Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: Experience in a similar role is an asset.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, attention to detail, flexibility, judgment, organization, and the ability to work well under pressure.
