- Community Management: Build community infrastructure across channels, monitoring conversations and content. Respond promptly to hot topics and trends, adjusting strategy and producing pan-entertainment content accordingly.
- Bachelor's degree and above; excellent spoken and written English.
- Good understanding of content and market trends, pop culture, entertainment, and internet knowledge to build relevant strategies.
- 8 years+ experience in audience/community management, proven experience in building growth, engagement, and retention strategies for digital entertainment brands.
- Experience running branded campaigns on major content platforms, YouTube, TikTok, Steam, Discord, and Twitch.
- A real passion for the games industry, genuine interest, and knowledge in games. Ability to empathize with varied player needs.
- Excellent communication skills, adaptability, and project management skills, prioritizing effectively and handling multiple programs.
- Ability to travel to support partners in North America, Western Europe, or Asia.
The estimated salary range for this position is $99,000 to $120,000 per year, depending on location and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on payment, relocation package, and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, along with medical, financial, and other benefits, dependent on the specific position offered.
