Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at S3 Concrete Inc. as an Office Administrator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Review and evaluate existing administrative procedures to ensure they are effective and up-to-date.
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities, including data entry and report preparation.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Resolve conflict situations and provide excellent customer service.
  • Monitor and evaluate administrative procedures to identify areas for improvement.
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure effective resource allocation.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The work language is English.
