Job Title: Office Administrator

Roshan Healthway Medical Clinic INC. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff and establish work priorities to meet deadlines.
  • Carry out administrative activities, including data entry and report preparation.
  • Administer policies and procedures related to record release and coordinate office services.
  • Supervise and coordinate office administrative procedures, ensuring a fast-paced environment is maintained.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide support to colleagues.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
Work Environment:

Our office is a dynamic and fast-paced environment, requiring attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Language:

English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.

Work Schedule:

30 hours per week, permanent position.
