Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Roshan Healthway Medical Clinic INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our clinic.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure compliance with clinic policies and procedures.
  • Delegate work to office support staff, prioritizing tasks and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Establish and maintain accurate records, including personnel files and patient information.
  • Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and disposal of assets.
  • Prepare and assemble data for periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Supervise and coordinate office administrative procedures, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in administrative support or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Reliability and attention to detail.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of 3-4 people. The position requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
