About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Governance Specialist to join our team at The Ladders. As a Process Governance Specialist, you will play a critical role in overseeing the governance of all claims processes across our business lines and regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with business stakeholders to ensure that best practices are implemented and maintained across all claims processes.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, including process maps, flowcharts, and procedures.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of process governance with other business functions.
