Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Process Specialist to join our team at Paul's Paper. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing production, developing and conducting production, inventory and quality assurance programs, and ensuring the efficient operation of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement production plans and schedules
  • Conduct quality control checks and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing processes and reduce costs
  • Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain quality assurance programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control procedures
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
