Technical Support Specialist

About the Role:
F12 is seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide technical assistance and support to employees in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to user inquiries and provide technical guidance on computer-related issues
• Consult user guides, technical manuals, and other documents to research and implement solutions
• Provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties
• Collect, organize, and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts
• Participate in the redesign of applications and other software
• Supervise other technical support workers in this group
• Provide business systems, network, and Internet support to users in response to identified difficulties
• Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software
Requirements:
• 2 years of experience in a technical support role
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines

Work Hours: 30 to 44 hours per week
Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years
Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
