About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Services Officer to join our team at AMAZING BAKERY. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our business operations team, including tasks such as data entry, report preparation, and correspondence.
  • Office Management: Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders, including team members and management.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve conflict situations and provide solutions to complex problems.
  • Analysis and Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate business operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a business operations or administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
