About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at the London Community Small Business Centre Inc. This is a permanent position that requires a high level of organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our team, including answering telephone calls, responding to electronic enquiries, and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
  • Develop and implement communication strategies to promote our services.
  • Provide customer service to our clients, including greeting people, directing them to contacts or service areas, and resolving issues.
  • Work with our marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field.
  • Maintain and manage digital databases to support our business operations.
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Windows, database software, and MS Office.
