About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Services Officer to join our team at AMAZING BAKERY. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Establish priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
    • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including data entry and report preparation
    • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills
    • Develop and maintain effective relationships with staff and stakeholders
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Efficient interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
  • Computer and Technology Skills
    • Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word
  • Personal Qualities
    • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
    • Organized and reliable with strong time management skills
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role
  • Permanent employment with 30 hours per week
  • Language of work: English
