Job Summary

Acode is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing human resources policies and programs that support the growth and development of our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including benefits, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform HR decisions and develop recommendations for improvement.
  • Administer employee benefits, including health and dental plans, and other HR programs.
  • Coordinate employee performance management and development programs, including performance evaluations and training initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR and apply this knowledge to improve HR processes and programs.
Requirements
  • College diploma or equivalent in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and managers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
