We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join our team at SE7EN SYSTEM INC. As a key member of our operations department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure compliance with established standards and regulations.
- Establish work priorities and ensure that procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Carry out various administrative activities, including co-ordinating office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A strong background in administration, preferably with experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Proven organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
