About the Role:


We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join our team at SE7EN SYSTEM INC. As a key member of our operations department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our organization.


Responsibilities:



  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure compliance with established standards and regulations.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure that procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out various administrative activities, including co-ordinating office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
