Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Healthcare Porter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting patients on beds/stretchers to inpatient units, monitoring supply levels, and maintaining a clean and organized department. Additionally, they will be expected to respond to emergency situations and provide excellent customer service in a demanding work environment.

This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, days and evenings, with 7.5 hour shifts. The salary for this role is $24.98-$25.46 per hour, depending on experience. Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • • A minimum grade 12 education
    • Previous ward aide or related healthcare experience
    • Experience with medical supplies (cleaning/stocking) required
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently in a busy and stressful environment
