Job Summary

Halton Healthcare seeks an experienced Renal Program Manager to oversee the daily operations and professional practice of Nephrology and Dialysis services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to implement clinical program priorities. Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations and professional practice of Nephrology and Dialysis services.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to plan, implement, and evaluate activities related to high-quality patient care services and programs.
  • Implement clinical program priorities and lead the program's work in key priorities of the Ontario Renal Network.
  • Maintain fiscal responsibility and ensure the effective use of resources.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years of recent experience as a patient care manager in a similar hospital environment.
  • Excellent human resource management skills, including recruitment and retention of staff.
  • Excellent budgeting and financial management skills.
  • Proven leadership skills, preferably in Nephrology.
  • Certification in Nephrology is an asset.
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to support team building.
Salary Information

The salary for this position is approximately $62,500 - $77,000 per year, based on the company's compensation package and industry standards.
