We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Arpit Bajaj Personal Real Estate Corporation. The successful candidate will be responsible for arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events. They will also establish and implement policies and procedures, determine and establish office procedures and routines, schedule and confirm appointments, manage contracts, and provide exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and less than 7 months of experience in a similar role. They will be highly organized, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating events and meetings
  • Implementing policies and procedures
  • Scheduling appointments and managing contracts
  • Providing exceptional customer service

Working hours are 30 to 40 hours per week, and the work term is permanent. The work language is English.
