Job Title: Technical Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Sales Specialist to join our team at Quectel Wireless Solutions North America Corp.

Job Summary:

The Technical Sales Specialist will be responsible for promoting sales to existing clients, identifying and soliciting potential clients, and assessing client needs to recommend the appropriate goods or services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote sales to existing clients and identify new business opportunities
  • Assess client needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services
  • Develop reports and proposals to illustrate benefits from use of goods or services
  • Deliver sales presentations and use sales forecasting software
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
  • Train customers' staff in the operation and maintenance of equipment
  • Resolve product and service related problems and troubleshoot equipment issues
  • Supervise activities of other technical sales specialists and estimate costs of installing and maintaining equipment or service
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in sales and technical support
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail
  • Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word
  • Experience in telecommunications equipment and services, software, marketing, and security and safety
