Administrative Support Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team at Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will provide effective, efficient, and confidential administration and clerical services as part of our secretarial team.
Main Responsibilities
The successful candidate will contribute to the smooth running of the service by accurately inputting data to the department’s client information system and prepare reports as required. They will also process referrals efficiently according to standard administrative procedures and support and maintain communications and recording procedures as needed.
Requirements
We are looking for someone with excellent communication and administrative skills, a friendly telephone manner, and the ability to work flexibly as part of a team. Experience of dealing with the public and NHS experience are preferable but not essential. The successful candidate should have a good level of general education to GCSE level grade C or equivalent and should have RSA II word processing qualification or equivalent ECDL and Microsoft Office skills.
