VIA COURIER is seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for determining and establishing office procedures and routines, scheduling and confirming appointments, and answering telephone and electronic enquiries.

The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role. They will be required to work 30 to 35 hours per week and have a strong understanding of office software and systems.

The Administrative Support Specialist will be responsible for compiling data, statistics and other information, ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory, and greeting people and directing them to contacts or service areas.

The successful candidate will be a team player with excellent communication and organizational skills. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.
