Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Ontario Inc. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to staff members, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars
  • Answer and direct telephone calls, as well as respond to electronic enquiries
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
  • Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as required
  • Assist with special projects and events as needed

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications

Work Environment:

Our office is a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration. The successful candidate will be required to work in a team-oriented setting, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.

Language: English

Work Hours: 35 hours per week

Duration: Permanent
